Our Studio 01: Sea, Peace, Sun, Beach

Peace, space, golden light – in the stylish Studio 01 you’re just a short walk from the unspoiled Pyrgaki Beach. Our dreamy 2-room studio is ideal for small families, couples or solo travellers. Crystal-clear water, gentle dunes and spectacular sunsets await you. Enjoy the silence, a dreamlike terrace amidst untouched nature, the warmth, and the feeling of truly arriving.

This beautiful, air-conditioned studio impresses with its charming, picturesque atmosphere and is fully and functionally equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living area with two additional single beds, its own terrace with ground-level access, and is located on the ground floor of a lovingly maintained property with several studios. The house lies idyllically on a gentle hill, nestled in unspoiled nature – a perfect retreat. The view stretches across the sea to the island of Patros – a Cycladic dream in its purest form.

The kitchenette is ideally equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment and stove. It also includes a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle.

More important information

Ample parking is available free of charge to our guests around the Aurea-Blu property. Public roadside parking in front of the house is also available free of charge, depending on availability.

Approximately 3 km away, you’ll find various shopping options, including grocery stores that even offer free delivery directly to the studio – a truly convenient service! Have your groceries or even a hot morning coffee delivered right to your doorstep. For more information, see “Shopping & Restaurants” in the menu at the top of this page.

Please do not arrive after 10:00 pm.

This studio apartment offers broadband Wi-Fi that can be used free of charge by all guests.

A paid washing machine and dryer are available for guests in the basement. 

Unfortunately, the studio is not suitable for wheelchairs. Please also note that access to the studio is only via steps.
